Polyurethane (PU) Rubber
– Oils, benzene and ozone.
– An oil resistant rubber with excellent mechanical properties at low temperature.
Excellent resistance to oils, solvents, fats, grease, petrol, ozone, sunlight and weather, The mechanical properties are low but care should be taken at high temperatures, Polyurethanes are particularly susceptible to hydrolysis and should not be used with hot water or acid.
